A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders and pays for at least one product, fills in the registration form and sends it to us via the registration form. Minors and persons with limited legal capacity can shop on this online store only with the approval of guardians or legal representatives.
The responsibility for the truthfulness of the data lies with the customer during registration. The registration user is responsible for any change of data during registration
Placing an order
After you have selected the product, by clikcking on the “Add to cart” and “proceed to checkout” buttons the form for your personal data entry opens.
After personal data entry, accepting T&C and statements of consent to the use of personal dana, the product can be ordered online.
Depending on the choice of payment method, the system will proceed your order. For paying by direct bank transfer, you will receive the data in your e-mail and for paying by credit cards , the will redirect you on their Monri WebPay Payment Gateway site or you will receive an offer to make a payment to our IBAN account if you have sellected “Request an offer”.
When you request an offer, your quest is considered received.
If your quest arrives at our e-mail address during the working day, you will receive an answer within one working day, and if you are looking for an offer on the weekends, expect an answer during the first working day.
Legomont d.o.o. undertakes to answer all your quests. After we deliver the offer to you, conveyance is made after the customer’s payment is received.
If we are not able to deliver any of the ordered products, we will notify you by e-mail or phone, and arrange a new delivery date, offer a replacement product or cancel the order of the specified product.
We will return the money to the account from which the payment came.
Legomont d.o.o. receives payments via banking transaction (SEPA and SWIFT) and credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard and Maestro ) .
Credit card purchase security statement
Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the local Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Delivery is done in the EU and worldwide (if delivery is possible with prior arrangement).
Delivery in the EU is done trough DPD (www.dpd.com) delivery service.The price of delivery will be contained in the card.

Complaints and Refunds
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that technically corresponds to the product description listed on the page www.legomont.com. The image illustrated on the Internet does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product on the website, and the customer cannot advertise this segment. In case you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can replace it or return it in exchange for money within 7 days of receipt. To exercise this right, it is necessary to send the undamaged product in the original packaging with all the equipment and documentation with which the product was originally delivered, to the address Legomont d.o.o. for trade, Mažuranićevo šetalište 53, Split 21000. In case the shipment is damaged in transport, such damage is visible when taking over the shipment, in which case we ask you not to pick up the shipment. Please contact us on our phone +385 21 533 176 in order to check the status of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one. The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the supplier (the company that performs the delivery of products). Complaints can be reported by customers by phone +385 21 533 176 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. When registering, the customer should know the order number, account number or your username so that we can track the order. The costs of returning a product that is defective or damaged shall be borne by the Seller. The cost of returning the product for any other reason is borne by the customer.
